How long does development usually take?
Each project varies dependant upon the content and the depth of development required, this can be determined once we understand the work required for development.

Will you provide support once the software is live?
Yes we offer full support services and these can be tailored to your requirements. For example we can do this online, by telephone or by email.

What will be the cost to me to have this project completed?
Once the project specification is completed, we will work out the number of days it will take to complete and cost will be calculated accordingly.

Who retains the Intellectual property rights?
We offer 2 options:
We can either complete the software development and you as a company can own it.
Or
We can develop the software and Fiverivers retains the ownership, but licence's to you as the company.

Will we require special hardware/software in order to use the new software?
Some projects may require additional software, for example MS SQL in a database which can control your software. Any requirements of this nature will be advised in the initial specification stages.

How many resources will you use to complete the development?
We will allocate the maximum required in order to complete the project within the given timeframe.

Will special training be needed to use the software?
If training is needed, we will produce a full training manual to be provided on hard copy or on line as requested.

Where will the software development take place?
Generally all development will be done at Fiverivers unless there are specific circumstances that require us to be in attendance at your site.

Do you provide testing/debugging?
All software will be fully tested and debugged prior to deployment. If any errors were to occur we will endeavor to repair them as soon as possible.

How many people will be on the project team?
This depends upon the size of the project; however there will always be one main point of contact for our clients.
